I'm only 15 but I'm curious.. I'd love to adopt when I'm older.. so I'd just wanted to know about it.. what age you have to be? What financial state? Etc

Laws and rules vary per area and agency. There are too many variables and it would take too long to explain the process. There are tons of sites on the WEB that deal in adoption. I would suggest that you browse around and do some research.
