    Skin Whiteing
Hi am a 31years old I am white and british. I have brown marks on my skin which appeared about 2 years ago. I worked on cruise ship for many years and being young and stupid I did'nt always protect my skin properly. The patches are mainly on my forehead and cheeks near my eyes. Am looking at using skin lighters to fade the marks, but am a little weary. If I lighten my skin will I be able to tan my skin after using the product I don't mean straight away, but in the future. Also the brown marks become darker when am in the sun but fade I always use spf30 in the sun now.

You don't have to use a skin lightener, per se, to get rid of those brown spots. Years ago, I had succes with a product called Porcelana which is a stand by product that has been available for years in Canada and Britain. Here is a website where you can read it. I don't think it is terribly expensive still.
