My girlfriend and I have had unresolved issues sexually before she got pregnant. She says she's willing to change but only to get out of an argument, and of course nothing changes. My problem is that out of one side of her mouth she says she loves me, yet she is not willing to make me happy, whereas I will do anything she asks without question. We thought our relationship was strong enough to have a kid together, but now I wonder if I will be able to manage being with a self centered person. Of course when I try to talk to her she points the finger at me and makes me seem like the selfcentered one and nothing is ever going to change, plus she is THE most stubborn woman I have ever met in my life and she's far set in her ways.

Why are you bringing a child into the world, when your not married. What happened to practicing safe sex? You created a mess now, and you have to now support a child, that your bringing into the world.

Now is not the time to be negotiating anything with a pregnant female. Drop it, and make sure she has what she needs to bring a healthy child into the world. You will have plenty of time to argue, fuss, or fight, after the child is born.

First off, I agree with talaniman, don't argue with a pregnant woman, she needs to be kept as calm as possible right now.
If doing everything you say without question equates with making you happy I'd be thinking you don't want an individual, you want a yes woman. Maybe she is not self-centered, but just is not wanting to be a puppet.
At any rate you two have made a baby and life is now about that infant. I hope you are prepared to be a father in every sense of the word.
