You wouldn't feel a baby moving after four weeks. Are taking HPT's with first morning urine? You could always go get a blood test at the doctor to see if you are pregnant..

When I had found out I was pregnant,I was 3 weeks late,so 2 months and 8 days pregnant at my appt.

Do you have other symptosm beside those?

Considering it will be your 3rd child? You may feel fluttering early in pregnancy.
