I am 18 and was adopted when I was a day old. I am in the Air Force, but I really want to find my birth parents. I would love help if possible. I know I was born in Texas

If it was a closed adoption it will be hard. Why are you lonely, where are your parents ( who adopted you) where is your family.

Finding someone who gave you up for adoption is normally not finding any family. Meetings are not aways fun like they show on TV, but can be painful if they reject you or curse you for finding them and so on.
