    There is no way to find this out for free. Sorry.

    Do you suspect you have a lien on your tax refund? You probably do.

    You can check in advance if you are flagged for offset or not by calling FMS Autoresponder line at 1-800-304-3107.

    The number Mukat gave you is probably for your Fed refund. The IRS should not charge for this information. You may also have to check your state taxation dept to see if your state refund is subject to attachment.

    If you are entitled to a free copy of your credfit report, that may also list it.
