My 4 children and I left a 11 year relationship, Moved in to our own home, only us on the lease, I was there for 2 days when my daughter was admitted into the hospital. Therefor I let my ex come stay with the other children while I never left her side. That was for 4 nights. When we returned home he would not leave I called the police to have him removed, so he hit himself in the face and said I did it I was arrested, By law there was an order I have no contact with him, He said he lived @ my address, therefor I can't go home the police took the children from him and gave them to me, I have full custody, The children and I have been staying with family members, while him and some girl have been living in our home, what can I do, I got a PPO on him, but the judge could not overide the fact he says that is his address from the other court. What can I do! We hafe to get back home, also my lanlord has started eviction on him but it takes 30 days PLEASE HELP

What does your landlord say about this? Is he on your side and wants the ex and his girlfriend out of the home? At least he's started eviction proceedings. You may have to wait until the eviction is complete before you can move back into the home.
