    The furnace has shut down completely. There is power but the thermoststat does nothing.
    Lennox Electrical Furnace.

    Good start, but more info needed. Model # of furnace, brand/model # of thermostat. How do you know power supply is good? Try this: Set thermostat fan selector switch to "on". Does blower start/run? If so, power supply is good. If not, double-check power supply. There may be more than one breaker/fuse/disconnect.
