Does anyone have this problem, every now and then I get pimples on my scalp which are very painful. Is there any product that helps get rid of them.

Try using head and shoulders for a while. When I was younger, the shampoo my mom would buy would give me "pimples" on my scalp.

But when I used the head and shoulders, they went away.

It may just be the brand of hair product you are using. Lots of them leave an oily residue.

Or it may be that it's genetic like mine are ( and get a lot worse with stress). My father has scalp pimples and so does my grandfather.

Umm... I would definitely go see a dermatologist!!
