    Green card and divorce
    My wife and me, we got green card in December 2008. Now we want to divorce.
    1. if is going affect anyway our immigration status?
    2. have I report to immigration that I changed my address?
    3. may I and she to fill out taxes separate for 2008?

    It sounds like you got your PR based on employment, correct? If so, your divorce after PR is irrelevant. Yes, you need to file an address change, foirm AR-11. If you were married in 2008 and not yet divorced, you mark you are married, but check with your tax advisor as to MFJ or MFS. Good luck!
