I don't know if I am a pessimist or not but I believe that most people are selfish and do anything to seek pleasure or gain material things, that including money?

At first I wanted to agree with you. But then I thought about it. I think it just seems like that because nice, caring, generous people are often also very shy and tend to stay by themselves.

I feel the same as you a lot of the time and this causes me to just stick to myself and I am never too into meeting new people or making new friends.

But, in the end, don't forget, we are animals after all. Sorry if you believe in creationism... then you probably won't agree... But I believe we are all just creatures on this planet meant to reproduce, eat, and survive.
