I feel tired all the time
I'm feeling very tired lately. I feel like I'm breathing, but I'm always not getting enough air. I don't know why.

For some reason, I have to consciously breath, otherwise I would stop breathing. I know it sounds weird, but it's true. I have to tell myself to breathe, sometimes when I concentrate on something hard, I forget to breathe. I would hold my breathe for some reason.

If I do breathe, lately I have been feeling like suffocating, even though I'm still breathing. Why? My lungs feel like it's not getting enough air.

    Hi, survivorboi!

Have you told your parents about this, please?

    Thanks!

No, I haven't. I haven't because I though it's something that will go away. It does go away. But then once in a while, it comes back.

I'm not sure if this is something big or important enough to tell them. It will happen once in a while, then it will go away. Unfortunately, it comes back later.

I actually did tell my mom once, she took me asked her doctor and he said I might have asthma, he gave me the inhaler. I've been inhaling that about 5 times now, but I don't think it helps.

    Thanks for answering.

Let your mom know again. You should probably see your doctor again and let them know the inhaler doesn't seem to be helping as you feel it should be.
Do you notice it more in certain situations? After exercising? When it's cold outside?
Do you know if you have any allergies?
Sometimes, if it is asthma, being on a regular dose of medication is helpful. Sometimes just a different inhaler will be a better choice.
