Can colustrom be produced years after 1st pregnancy without being pregnant again?
I have a 2 1/2 year old and I am CERTAIN my milk completely dried up from that child however my breasts have been kind of tingly lately so I squeezed to see and colostrum or something came out. I've also been a little more tired and moody and a few other things but those symptoms could just be my imagination. Is it possible I am not pregnant and something else is going on? (I don't think cancer though because I just had breast exam less than 2 weeks ago)

Likely breastmilk... it can sometimes be expressed for quite sometime, even years, after having a baby. Of course if there is a chance of pregnancy, check into that possibility.
