Well as you have given us a lot of information to work with it's pretty simple.
The Golden Rules for any meeting are:
- Keep it Short & Sweet
- Don't rely on PowerPoint
- Stay Focused
- Stand up
- Like a good book have a Begining, Middle and .....
It would help if you tell us what you want to know.
The question is pretty general but for an organization like the nonprofit one I head, a basic agenda is as follows:
AGENDA for the AUGUST 2006 BOARD MEETING
OLD BUSINESS
A. Minutes from previous meeting read by Secretary
B. Financial Report by Treasurer
C. Office Report by Manager
D. Hotline Report by Hotline Director
E. Website Report by Webmaster
F. Social Events Report by Events Director
G. Other Old Business
NEW BUSINESS
A. Whatever
B. Whatever etc.
