The police went to my mom house looking for me and would not tell her why how do I find out what it is all about with out getting arrested. I have an attorney but he doesn't seem to be doing anything. I thought you could just call the courts criminal division an ask.

If you have done nothing wrong why do you have an attorney?

Have you broken some kind of law? Do you have reason to believe you may have a warrant for your arrest?

If the police showed up at your home looking for you I don't think they were there soliciting money for the Policeman's Ball tickets. They may want to take you downtown and question you before a warrant is issued. Talk to your attorney - don't talk to the police. You'll find out soon enough.

Where do you get the number and what do u ask

No, you can not find out if you have a warrant over the phone, they have no idea who they are talking to and this info is not given out like that.

You can go to a pay site ( they are fair) and see, but basically you have to go in and have a record check ran for you.

But obviously you know there is something?? If you did something wrong and there could be a warrant most likely there is
