I was involved with a girl in may and June of 2008. She tells me in July she is pregnant and it is mine. I come to find that she cheated on me in those 2 months not to mention other reasons to believe she was sleeping around. My question is if I sign paternal rights to this child and it is later determined that the baby is not mine and I still legally bound? Also, how long do I have to do this considering the fact that the hospital does not do genetic testing at the time of birth?

I don't know what state your in.. each state has its own laws regarding contesting. So I would believe your within the time frame to do so. But why did you sign anything until you had one in the first place if there were any doubt ?
