If you are a virgin, it's unlikely that it's any kind of STD, but you should go to your doctor before you have sexual contact to find out what it is. Also, it is a good idea that she gets tested before you have sexual contact, because no matter what she tells you you can never be 100% sure about what she's done in her past. It's better to be safe than sorry.
