How to get a lighter complexion.

Hey guys, I am new to this forum and I love it. I was wondering if anyone knew of effective methods to lighten my complexion. I have tried bleaching creams but they don't work. I have seen bleaching pills on the internet and I wonder if they work and what are some of the sife effects.

I would appreciate some advice. I want my skin tone to be even.

I have dark knees and elbow and I've been using lemon juice delluted with water to lighten the complexation but I haven't been using it long enough to notice a big change you can try that if you like.

You can also go to a demotologist for hydroquinone, but I heard it is pretty expensive .:p

Hello, Miana. Welcome to the forum. Kojic acid is effective as a lightening agent, it inhibits production of melanin (brown pigment). Hydroquinone can also be used to lighten skin pigmentation problems. If you've tried everything and nothing works, go see a dermatologist for a treatment that's right for you..
