Today my iPod nano (2nd gen) fell into a fountain but I removed it right away and dried it with my sweater... It was still fine, but than it froze.. After it froze it shut off and now it won't even turn on. Does that mean it's broken, or what?

Leave it turned off for at least 48 hours then try again, if it doesn't turn on after that it's fried

Put it in a sealed container (Zip lock bag will do) filled with rice for a couple of days.
