Hi, I got a new tower today and I setting up my email(outlook express) What I did was export my address to my desk top. Then I attached it to an email so when I changed over I can still have them. Now that I have changed over how can I can my address book inported to my outlook express mail box with out adding each address one by one.

Is your new machine vista?

vista does not have outlook express but windows mail. But you can import them to windows mail or outlook if you have outlook installed on vista

Open you exported file and save it to new machine and then open express and import
