These persistent little pests climb all over my patio furniture, my windows, they even crwl in my fireplace. Some show they are getting in my house. I need to know is there anything I could spread or spray or put down to rid my yard of them?

Try paprika as a barrier. Some swear it repels lizards
Small green lizards sounds like you might live in an area that has geckos, which can become numerous. Unless your lizards are poisonous, which is doubtful, or the lizards are causing a sanitation problem there is NO reason to kill them. Lizards in the yard are beneficial, as they are feeding on insects and other critters that might be real pests.
Keep them out of your house by tightening up the entrance areas to your house. Use a chimney cap with a tight weave on the fireplace. Use door thresholds and sweeps to keep them from sneaking under the door. Use tight fitted window screens.
Paprika might work, but do you really want to sit on top of that sprinkled on your lawn furniture? Besides, dusts when applied outdoors have to be re-applied when moisture washes them away.
Don't fret over them being on your windows or your patio furniture. I doubt that they bite. You might even be able to make friends with them.
Another idea is to turn off the outside lights that attract insects that attract lizards.
