Good Day: How do I wire a bathroom fan and lights off 2 switches in one box with 14/2 wire supplying power to the switches?
You really need to be more detailed for anyone to answer the question.
What size circuit is it?
Where does the 14/2 originate?
Are there any other wires in the switch box? If so, where do they go?
Are you just adding a switch to separate the fan and light?
Are you replacing an existing fixture or adding an additional light and/or fan?
Is the light and fan a single unit or two separate units?
If you have two switches in one box, and 14/2 wire is supplying the switches (this must be a single 15-amp circuit), how do you wire the fan and lights?
If you have one fan and one light, you can run power from one switch to the fan and power from the second switch to the light. This is the way to do it even if the fan and light are integrated into one unit. Of course, you'll have to run a common neutral to both devices also.
If the fan has a light in it and you wish the light and the fan to come on together and you also have a second light in the bathroom (this is fairly common), power from one switch goes to the fan and integrated light and power from the second switch goes to the lonesome light (possibly over the sink).
As Tev said, more information will evoke a more precise answer.
