    Tell me just is cancer disease transferred from parents to off springs

    It can be hereditary but most often it is more a thing of being more high risk than actual hereditary,
    Most cancer is because of lifestyle choices like smoking, poor eating choices,
    If you live in a toxic community such as nuclear plants.

    It all depends on the particular kind of cancer for the most part. While lung cancer can be due to lifestyle choices, cancers like colon cancer can be hereditary.

    All familial cancers should be reported to your doctor so that early screenings can be done.

    I am a breast cancer survivor. I am the only known person in my family to have had any form of cancer whatsoever. However, that raises the risk for my daughter to develop breast cancer at a later age.
