I have been having very bad shooting sharp pains behind my left breast. I am a 22 year old female... and very confused as to why I am getting these pains. Can anyone help?

Hi, sexygurl, if the pains are radiating, such as down your arm and up you neck, then you are having a heart attack. In any event, what you describe does not sound good, and I would go to emerg as soon as you possibly canand get checked out. Age has no discrimination for heart attack or strokes. Have you previously had heart problems ?
