    What are the charges?
What happens when you are charged with breaking and/or entering and larceny on an employee without any known evidence, only written statements from employees?

You have been charged with B and E. I don't think you have options. How could they charge you without evidence and statements ? You will have to wait for court time.

If you didn't do it you prove they are wrong to the point that questionable doubt makes it their word against your word. DO you have any proof 'you' didn't do it?
    Also get a good lawyer.

They present evidence; you present evidence; the Court decides guilt or innocence.

Written statements, by the way, ARE "known evidence."

Breaking and entering and other charges,

You will have a right to a trial, they need to make a case by proving the required points of the crime.

So they will need to show how you broke in, and where.

And the employee statement of you stealing from him is proof there.

But often they still build evidence after they charge you
