I'm 19 years old. Been working out 7days/week (I have a schedule, it's not like I'm working out every group every night) for about 5 months now. I've seen great improvements but would like to know which supplements would be best to help me out. I didn't start being overweight, I've always been the ideal weight. 5'4 115 lbs before started to workout. Now, I weigh about the same or a little more... up to 120. But muscle does weigh more than fat and I look sooooo much better. Any ideas?
