Mazda dealer car repairs

Can any help on advice on a car which warrany has expired but when in the dealer to have an underseal done to it and since the electrics are not working and they expect me to pay for it

If the warranty has expired, who would you expect to pay for repairs?

What would underseal have to do with electronics not working? Underseal is to help prevent rust.

Need more information. What "electrics" aren't working and how do you feel it is the dealer's fault? Can you prove the dealer somehow damaged the vehicle?
