My shower is running cold water however, the bathroom and kitchen taps are cold.

What could be the problem and who do I speak to to get it fixed?

What is the brand and the model number of your shower faucet, did this just happened or it was always like this?
Is any plumbing work done in the house?

Sorry, there isn't a brand name on it at all. I only moved in in September and there has been no problem until now.

There has been no plumbing work going on in the house at all... although it has been really cold here.
