    Offhand, I can think of five possibilities:
    • User error.
    • System has malfunctioned.
    • Account has been deleted.
    • Account has been renamed and the original name appears under Documents and Settings
    • Certain functionality is employed that results in the account folder under Documents and Settings getting created dynamically at logon.

    Are you running Vista or XP/2000.

    Look for a Users folder.

    As mentioned, xp and vista are different locations

    Do you have system set to view all hidden files and folders
