    Testicle pain when weightlifting
Hello. I am 17 years old. I lift weight a lot, well I used to . This whole summer I have laid around watching anime and losing muscle. Mainly because I had this lump on my right testicle and I was in a lot of amounts of pain, and my doctor could not really find any explenation for it at all what so ever... anyway whenever I lift weight my balls feel like they are going on a tour through hell, and feel like their about to burst if I push a little hard. So are there any kind of protecters I need for it ? Like stomahc belts and other things? I would appreciate it so much if you reply any sort of answer thank you.

It sounds like you might have a hernia. Did you tell your doctor that the pain increases when you lift weights? If you did, and he couldn't find anything (and stopped looking), it might be time to find another doctor.

Well ( I will just say it) my right testicle was in my stomach when I was born. They had to use surgery to bring it out and all... and well I guess my stupid doc doesn't know . But I know Its probably a hernia . I am stillw ondering what kind of equipment I need to use for lefting so I prevent more troubles

Don't lift at all until the herina is fixed, then the doctor (a good one) can recommend a good hernia belt.
