    Is moving to another city grounds for breaking a lease in Florida
    I signed a 12 month lease in October 08. I have been offered a job in another city,about 42 miles away... Can I legally break my lease without losing security money or paying a buyout?

    Sorry no, but on the bright side, 40 miles is not really that far, around Atlanta people travel a lot further than that daily to get to work.
