Loud constant vibrating noise when water is running.
Anytime a faucet is turned on, or even when the toilet tank is filling, the pipes underneath the house starts vibrating. The noise starts slowly and builds up to a lawn-mover strength and stays there until the water flow is turned down or up by closing the valve a little or turning on additional faucets. I think a certain amount of water flow is causing a resonance in the pipes below. Last year the noise used to be lower and happen only when kitchen faucet was used, but in recent months it became very loud and caused by any faucet in the house. I am afraid it will break the pipes if it continues. What is the recommended way to investigate the cause and find a solution?
