    Surrending our mobile home
My husbanb is working for one of the big 3. I was working for farmerjacks which went out of business. Through the years we have aghasted all our resources. Our son has been in residential homes,etc... That has costed us a fortune! Anyhow,we live in a mobile home park that we pay over $500/mo.plus our mortgage. Well, we are behind on our bills. We could easily buy a house or condo and pay a lot less that we are there. But ,is there anyway
We can surrender without paying anything and not getting bad credit??
We don't want to bankrupt again(had to in 1991) my husanb lost his job! Please if you have any advice would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried to sell the home? And most lenders don't just take back a home without having to penalize the owner with paying something.

You might try selling the home for how much you still owe on it. Depends where it is also. Now there are not many used mobile homes on the market. People are actively looking for cheap housing. If you can somehow make your home attractive to someone with a "deal" of some kind, possibly you could sell it and get out from under it - but you would probably not make any profit depending on how much you owe on it to pay it off.
