I have taken 2 hpt and both have come back negative. I also had to go to the gyno for a yearly check up and I had to have a pregnancy test and that also came back negative. I have had my period twice since and do not have any pregnancy symptoms. But am just worried because It was my first time having sex.Im on birth control and we also used a condom. Do u think Im safe?

Holy cow. What will it take to convince you you're not pregnant? Maybe you are so concerned because you have some anxiety about losing your virginity. I'm no expert, but even they have told you you aren't pregnant, so that doesn't matter. YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT! Find some outlet for dealing with your anxiety instead of worrying yourself to no end about this. If you regret it, you shouldn't have done it, but come to terms with the fact that you did and start again. It will make you feel better and hopefully let you look at things more logically.

If you went for a yearly gyno check up and had a pap and the works, your dr would have noticed a pregnancy.

Good for you for being so safe. Neither condoms nor the pill are 100% safe, but by using both, you're greatly reducing your chances not only of pregnancy but of STDs as well. I'm pleased to hear of someone being so responsible.

So no, I don't think you're pregnant. And if you continue to behave so responsibly, the odds are in your favor that you will not get pregnant. But keep in mind that the only form of birth control that is guaranteed is abstinence.
