I have twin two and a half year old buys who both seem to have trouble speaking english can anybody give me tips on teaching them to talk ?

If they are not speaking english, what are they speaking ?

Well.. If the dominate language in the household isn't english, I know that people tend to have their children watch TV or read books to the kids in english.
