For the past week I have been experiencing menstrual cramps but have not gotten my period. I don't get cramps until the day of and so I was wonderign if I was pregnant, I have also brest tenderness and back pains. PLease Help

How about a pregnancy test

That isn't enough information to truly know if you're pregnant. Is your period late? If so, I would suggest taking a test with your first morning urine.
