My dashboard lights went out and I went to ask what to do they said it was the fuse I checked every fuse in the car even under the hood and they are all goode what could it be to fix it?? And

It's likely a bad ignition switch, however, check the under-dash fuses as well as the under-hood fuses. Use a multimeter to check fuses--faster and less likely to replace in the wrong slot. Try turning the key between On and Start and see if the dash lights come on.
