Can plants inherit characteristics?

I know what you mean by asking, and my answer is no, I don't think so, but there is a website you can look at to see if you can find anything:

If you are asking if plants can inherit things like size etc... then yes they can. If you are collecting seeds from your own plants then u want to keep from the best producing ones
