    Gas furnace keeps shutting off
My gas furnace keeps shutting off. The house is rented out (since the economy went sour I could not sell it)

The tenant said it keeps shutting down. Something about water building up inside and has to be let out through a tube?

I don't have the money to replace it - it is about 9 years old and never gave me trouble.

Any suggestions? Anything I should know before the hvac guy comes out and tries to sell me a new one?

    I really appreciate this site!

You do not need to replace it . But it does need a On Site service call to service the burner and associated part assembly. There is a reason it is plugging up and not draining and that need to be found and corrected.
