But WHY??

You are only 18. He is only 19. Enjoy your youth as much as you can.
Procreation is nice, but also provides a lot of activity and pressure on you both.
Why not wait a couple of years with that ?
Be happy if it happens. But what is your hurry?

Yes and 4 months is nothing really, it can take normal health couples well over a year at times. Have you been watching your monthly cycles to try and find the best times

If you're going to school and working, you might just have too much on your plate right now for conception. Wait a while, finish up school, get married, enjoy spending time alone with your partner, travel some. If you have less stress and less on your plate, you might find it easier to conceive.
