    Water leaking up from the gruond into my build.
    I have a new build on bogy ground and water is coming up from the earth and flooding the build.what can I do to prevent this?

    There are several solutions to solve this problem.
    1) Install a sump pump and pit to remove and ground water that enters, **or**
    2) install a french drain,(see image) around the foundation to route the water away. If you wish to know more about french drains click on back. Good luck and thank you for rating my answer. Tom
