    I remember almost every dream
    Hello,

For the past 4 months, I've been dreaming and remembering the dreams the morning after. It's a bit weird because I never used to have any dreams (or have the slightest memory of them) for about 2-3 years.

My dreams are a bit weird. i.e. last week I dreamt that I pumped my grandmother full of led with a rifle, last night I dreamt that I killed some witch and she came back to haunt me or something in a tobacco shop, then my best friend came to my house with his cats, and the niehgbour's dog came in with him too...

Basically it's not spectacular stuff but I think that maybe I should start writing these dreams down and try and figure out what they mean - Sometimes I hate myself for not doing it because I know I'll forget them..

Anyway, could someone tell me why I'm having all these weird dreams, and more importantly how am I capable of remembering them all the time? It's very weird..

    Thanks,

You wouldn't happen to be a little OCD ish would you? (I'm thinking this because of the killing of the witch and the grandma)

I have no idea what dreams mean, it sounds like a good idea of writing it down!

As for dreaming and remembering them, I have periods when I dream and remember them (several a night) and periods where I don't feel I have dreamed at all. Are your dreams vivid? Like really vivid? B/c mine are so vivid that a couple of weeks ago I had a dream where I was attacked by a man in my bed, and I swear I could feel a person lying on top of me holding me down.

Sorry that this post was kind of pointless :S

    Hey roxypox,

To answer your question, no I'm not OCD - I used to be for a few months when I was about 5 years old or something lol.

Yea my dreams are usually vivid, at least I can remember them vividely

;) okay... the reason I wondered, was because I've read that violent thoughts and dreams can be a symptom of OCD.

I'm sorry, I really have no idea. I read once that dreams, vividness and colors can also be connected to your IQ... I don't know if its true.

Gosh, I hope someone else can be of more help LOL.

If you really wish to know, maybe a Dream Dictionary would help... I have no idea what those dreams mean, sounds kind of random. The witch part is kind of weird. Watch any witch/sorceress/magic movies lately?
