I am 21years old. I found out 10 months ago I had cancer in my right ovary. I have been trying to get pregnant before and after I found out about this. They removed the ovary and I am "said" to be fine now with my cancer. I don't understand why I have not got pregnant yet!! :confused: is there something I should be doing? Or is there something I can do so that I can get pregnant?? :(

Usually with the loss of one ovary, the other will just take on the job for both. It can take a couple without any health issues a good year or so to become pregnant so it may just be a matter of time.
