    Forms for OPT
    Do you know which forms do I have to fill for my 2008 Tax Return? I live in MA and I work under my OPT since May 2008.

    Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ and the part-year return for Massachusetts.

    If you did not complete 5 years on F1, then you will file Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ and 8843. You will get treaty deduction. Read: Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Tax Filing Requirements for Non-Residents
