I won't do your homework, but I will tell you how to do it. First of all, write the equation and balance it. Second, calculate the molecular weight of each of the reactants and multiply by the coefficients used to balance the equation. You now have the weight of an amount of sulfuric acid (X) that will react with an amount of potassium hydroxide (Y). Set up a ratio to 1.27 g of KOH

    Z/1.27 = X/Y and solve for Z. (Z = 1.27 X/Y)

By the way, sulfuric acid is not H2O4.
