My boys are on probations and in a residential commitment facility in fl. They have court fees,care fees and other debt .one will be 18 in April.my questions is what do I have to pay of these fees by law in fl? One is 15,one is 16 almost 17 ,one is 17 almost 18.after 18 do I have to pay anything,or is there something I need to file?

Does it state a law or passage on all of this. I looked through Florida law and I don't see anywhere that it states a parent is suppose to pay for public defenders and incarceration.


Do they quote any section of law for collection ?
