I have a Rheem Heat Pump that will not shut off when inside unit turns off and will not cut on when inside unit cuts on. When inside unit cuts on I have to go outside and press the reset button on the outside unit for it to come on and when inside unit turns off I have to go outside and tap on the top of the outside unit to get it to turn off. Can someone help? What can I do? My dad thinks it maybe a contact sticking.
