Hello all! I'm looking for a movie from when I was a kid that is a lot like this story here:

SurLaLune Fairy Tales: Tales Similar To Diamonds and Toads

2 sisters, one "good" the other "bad" go to a well, the bad sister lowers the good siter into the well (or they fall or climb down together) and find themselves in another time/dimension. After they travel through some woods, they come across a cottage and are asked to help feed some soup to a bunch of children by an older lady. I'm not sure what happenes through the rest of the movie, but at the end they climb back out of the well and the good sister is rewarded and the bad sister has soot or ash fall on top of her (I always thought it was cow dung) I think the good sister had blond hair and the bad one had black hair.

Anyone have any idea what this movie could be? I'm going crazy hehe!
