In October I was arrested for shooting at someone. I was held for 48 hrs and then released. This incidence has kept me from woring in Law Enforcement. I have called and asked the investigator for the satus on the case. However the investigator saids the case will be given to the judge soon.

My question is how long a Georgia investigator has to either charge or dismiss a case against someone?
