    No... not only green card but you are not eligible to apply for any legal status in US.

    Not enough information to answer your question. It depends on your visa and I-94 at entry, how long you overstayed, if you have otherwise violated the terms of the visa, and if you have a way to get peramanent residence. If employment based, then section 245(k) will allow up to 180 days. If family based, marriage to a USC, then section 245(a) will allow you to adjust to LPR status, no monetary penalty. It will forgive the overstay and unauthorized employment.
